XR is an umbrella term encompassing augmented (AR), virtual (VR), and mixed reality (MR) technologies. Fortune 500 companies are using XR for Enterprise and Business training, demonstrations, and product development. XR can be developed and experienced through a mobile display, smart glasses, or a fully immersive VR headset. Groove Jones is working with companies to innovate and explore how XR can be integrated into their training and development initiatives.
We create custom software solutions and license our GrooveTech systems for companies who are looking for wanting to deploy programs using experimental learning via immersive technology.

GrooveTech™ VR for Business Platform

We understand how powerful VR can be for training and product demonstrations. That is why we have created a platform that can be customized to meet our client’s needs. The platform is the most robust and comprehensive system available. We have designed it to be used on any of the VR HMDs on the market, including Oculus Quest and Oculus Rift, as well as the HTC Vive and Vive Pro.
Reduced Your Operational Costs
Organizations can cut expenses on employee travel and transporting equipment to training locations. Trainers themselves can also be part of the VR programming using our platform, so companies can reduce faculty costs.
Increased Employee Engagement and Retention
With the ability to build-in scoring mechanisms and gamified levels, immersive XR training can be more engaging and fun. When trainees are connected and interested, it leads to better retention.
Mirror Real-World Situations Safely
We can create real-life situations and do it safely. Immersive learning is effective at emphasizing things through visualization. By providing environments that mimic real-life situations, employees can reach greater levels of expertise in less time.
Several of our clients are currently using the platform and we have integrated it into Oculus’s Enterprise system as well. For more information please reach out to us to learn more – https://www.groovejones.com/contact/

XR for Business Client: Ideal Industries

Ideal Industries is using VR to train the next generation of electrical tradesmen. Groove Jones built the platform. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) and the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA), the US is expected to have a shortage of electricians in the near future. Statistically, the number of retiring electricians is outpacing the rate of new electricians entering the field, with 10,000 electricians retiring each year and only 7,000 entering the field in return. As a result, this is producing a knowledge gap in the electrical industry, which creates the need for additional training resources to prepare the next generation of electrical tradesmen.
IVRY Technologies is the start-up Virtual Reality (VR) initiative created by IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC. which is a global enterprise with companies serving technicians and workers across a wide range of industries, from electrical to construction to aerospace to automotive.

XR for Business Client: Wells Fargo

When Wells Fargo and MKTG asked us to help them improve upon an existing VR management training video developed by another group, we jumped at the chance. We were asked to create 4 VR training modules that allowed the managers to observe interactions between team members dealing with a customer’s needs. Each module had a test at the end to test how the manager on how they thought the situation should have been handled.
